About Silicon Valley Seminar

Each spring, Jackson Square Ventures sponsors the Silicon Valley Seminar in partnership with the Black Business Student Association at the University of Georgia, the alma mater of JSV’s Greg Gretsch.

The seminar is designed for University of Georgia students interested in startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.

Students participate in discussions, guest lectures, and sessions focused on entrepreneurship, technology, and venture investing.

Does the program include a trip to San Francisco?

Yes. The program culminates with a visit to San Francisco where students visit companies and meet with founders and investors in the JSV network.
